API Server v1.0.26 - System Update

Today the Grid was down for a short period. Our monthly background reporting routine put more load on the database than it should have, and the world stopped ticking while that ran. It has been resolved.

Alongside the fix, we did a round of maintenance improvements on how those background routines read data.
